Having Hope When All Seems Hopeless: Conclusion

So, can anyone name the six things?

  • It’s okay to cry.
  • Keep God real.
  • Remind yourself of the good.
  • Focus on the good—not the bad.
  • Look for something every day to remind you God loves you.
  • Look to the future.

I had no idea why God let me suffer the things I suffered. There are some things we will never know. But I do know that I have been able to comfort others. And I can tell you there IS hope when everything seems hopeless.

"I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."
Psalm 27:13-14
