- It’s okay to cry.
- Keep God real.
- Remind yourself of the good.
- Focus on the good—not the bad.
- Look for something every day to remind you God loves you.
- Look to the future.
I had no idea why God let me suffer the things I suffered. There are some things we will never know. But I do know that I have been able to comfort others. And I can tell you there IS hope when everything seems hopeless.
"I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."
Psalm 27:13-14
